I think that many of our leftists are in shock from how easily the Right can predict the future based on a knowledge of history coupled to common sense. It's not actually magic. It just appears to be to the people chronically relying on CNN or MSNBC to inform them.

No, the Dem party, in it's failure to remove the President, has committed suicide. You are correct Buddha, in their current iteration they are on borrowed time. Will it change? Certainly, but it's doubtful that the change will be toward a more constructive party. The current leadership, as they are sacrificed for their failure, will be replaced. The current trend suggests the replacements will come from the activist wings, further pulling away from blue collar voters. That void will be filled, but not by anything looking like the current Dem party.

It's this sentiment coming on the heals of a fraudulent impeachment that guarantees the coming slaughter.
