    Case in point.

    I have a rental house. I do criminal background and credit checks, and require references from previous landlords. That weeds out the riff raff. After that the only color that matters to me is green on the first of the month.

    It has been against the law to do otherwise for a long time now. Of course, Donald Trump was prosecuted for doing exactly that, and signed a consent decree. Then he violated that, and wound up back in court.

    That's very interesting.. Trump had been all over Howard Stern and other media outlets claiming Marla was the "best sex he ever had".. which IMO is very very a creepy and unmanly thing to report to the public.

    NO .. Tom.. Trump wasn't in trouble for doing background and credit checks on prospective tenants.. His problem was a blanket refusal to rent to blacks.

    Around the same time, Bill Clinton was preying on an unpaid intern.

    Yes.. Trump was married when he had his affair with Marla Maples.. In his world its not a big deal ... he's had several affairs since he married Melania.. if you consider dinner in your hotel in your underpants an "affair".
