Progressive Politicians watch as Minneapolis BURNS

first, i resent your use of the term "liberal" in this context. these aren't liberals, they are progressive opportunists. i am a liberal, a true son of those who fight for the rights of the individual, every individual. we welcome the immigrant, but only those who wish to add to our american uniqueness. this is a nation built by immigrants who came together and melded their backgrounds to form "a more perfect union". second, we have to stop the progressive sickness. allowing it to fester only insures that it will spread. those who are capable of escaping what they have wrought will only move away to infest more pristine areas. with them will come an ideology that embraces collectivism and divisiveness, the very opposite of the society of united individuals that built what we all stand on. how do we fight them? i really don't know. all i've ever been able to do is live my life fairly and hope to lead by example. perhaps it is time for a call to arms. i certainly hope not.

 

I resent even the term 'progressive', as it derives from PROGRESS. Meaningful progress as a human species is something we should always strive for, but today, what is that "progress"? What does progress detail to them? It usually details to some sort of pet project bill or program they've always wanted, that they swear up and down helps, until it fails to help that is.

That is exactly why Chauvin was working for the Minneapolis Police Department. They good cops move on to the better run areas of the Twin Cities metro area.

The rejects end up working in the lousy departments run by liberals.

The same used to apply to many VA hospitals.
Those who had license violations or drug problems ended up working in VA hospitals where no one else wanted to work because of stupid bureaucratic regulations and lousy working conditions.

 

i use the term progressive because it is a movement that, as self-described, believes in the use of governmental force to solve societal ills. after all, what is progress? it is merely a moving forward. what is forward? merely a direction. one may move forward toward destruction, but this does not mean you aren't moving forward in time. political liberalism, on the other hand, has an historical context that does not include their loyalty to political bureaucracy. i hold the same resentment toward those who claim their progressive alignment places them on the political left. historically the terms right and left indicated ones allegiance to the crown. the right sided with such authority and the left aimed for a more individualistic form of governance. it doesn't take any great stretch of the imagination to see that progressivism's willful dependence on a ruling elite places it firmly in the loyalist's camp and, hence, on the right.

 

The arsonists and vandals (who are throwing rocks and Molotov cocktails) are anarchists. They’re part of the far left that wants to destroy the U.S.

We’re in a civil war and it’s disturbing to know there is no desire to squash these vermin.

 

Call it the Kung Flu and really watch the fur fly.

 

these aren't anarchists. they have no real political motivation. they are merely there to profit and to stir things up. their target is society as a whole and their goal is simply to vent their frustration at being among life's failures.

 

I also like how this sort of stuff is somehow supposedly Trump's fault now but none of the people saying that now ever said that it was Obama's fault when it so very damn often happened during the eight years of his presidency.

 

It's like they think we have ammesia or something, when we(the nation) have a close intimate history with these actors and know who they are.

 

I think the problem is that Dem Party voters never question anything whatsoever that they are told by their leadership via their politically loyal media outlets and so those same Dem Party leaders and media wonks contemptuosly believe that non Dems are just as . . . mentally pliable.

 

i don't think they expect any but the faithful to believe and i don't think they care. the sad reality is that we live in a nation filled to the brim with the ignorant and we're importing more and more of them all the time. it has been said that the poor will always be with us - well, i'm afraid the ignorant will always be with us as well. their numbers grow much more quickly than the informed and our educational system does nothing to hinder that growth. we have already reached the tipping point. the majority in this country are nearly brain dead and indoctrinated to believe nearly anything they're told.

 

Hmmmm, I'm trying to find a reason to care. They stoked this in order to destroy Trump's share of the black vote. They are full tilt into making this Trump's fault. It's going to blow up in their face.
