Perhaps this would be more accurate by substituting the word "decided" for "allowed."

 

Actually 'allowed' is the right word since Vladimir Putin would need to run and win an election. To say 'decided', would be nothing more than a brainwashing technique to get Americans to believe Vladimir Putin is the deciding factor and not the Russian people.

How insulting to the Russians, but even more so to the intelligence of the American people. But it is a testimony to our society and what we have become.

I’ve noticed after the election of Donald Trump, folks on the left have went bat crap crazy over this Russian nonsense. I hate to rain on your parade, but you folks have been making a mountain out of a molehill. Russia is a second rate has been super power, with a gdp the same as Italy, a aging population, a poorly trained conscript military, and a economy dependent on oil. Is this what you spend your time fretting over?
