Quebec's not going to separate. This whole thing is because of the Constitution that Trudeau and the *******s forced on us in 1982. Trudeau said he was going to England to "re-patriate" the Constitution. So we wouldn't have to ask England for permission every time we needed to make a few changes. Instead he came back with this piece of crap that says every turd world scumbag has an inalienable right to move to Canada, mooch off our welfare system, and in short, become a good Liberal voter. Quebec saw the new Charter for what it was, and refused to sign. The rest of Canada saw it too, and kicked Trudeau's commie ass out of office and gave the Conservatives a landslide majority. Mulroney was all ready to roll back some of the damage with the reforms discussed at Meech and Charlottetown. But the damage was already done. Trudeau (now retired) got on the phone, and started mobilizing all the leftist activist groups to try and shut it down, which is what happened when Elijah Harper killed it in the Manitoba legislature. Remember, Liberal = Marxist scumbag. Quebec has been left no choice but to vote for separation. Not because they actually want to leave Canada. But only so they can go to Ottawa and tell these Marxist traitors that the party's over. That we're not going to put up with any more of it. We are going to protect our language, our culture, and our way of life. With or without you. And to hell with your Charter of Rights that says we can't. Is it not absurd, that some immigrant who just stepped off the book should have the right to disrespect our values, while French Canadian people have been fighting for their rights for 250 years? This country has gone bananas, and Quebec's reaction is perfectly normal. When push comes to shove, Quebec will have a mandate to separate, and Ottawa will have no alternative to negotiate with Quebec, 1 on 1. Without 9 English Premiers and a bazillion other minority groups all whining because Quebec's about to slam the door shut in the face. Quebec was betrayed by Trudeau and the multiculturalists, as was the rest of Canada. Quebec's just the first to figure it out. In time, the folks being displaced by Asians and Pakistanis all across this once great country will all come to the realization that Ottawa is not our friend, and Quebec was right all along.
