I had a discussion the other day about our form of government with a friend. He said that the United States was a Corporation based on something that happened in 1871, and the only thing that I could find was the DC Organic act. I could not verify and found conspiracy theories and other sites that denied or confirmed. Has anyone else heard this and is there any truth to it?
