is this a joke? for many, the whole stinking thing is about 'appearing to be on the right side'. that's why they have to spend so much time demonising.

 

This is why they all sound pretty much exactly the same.

 

The sad thing is (to a progressive liberal like myself) that it's actually worse in reality, than anything we can convey here. They respond in exactly the same way that religious conservatives did in the mid 20thC, when confronted with anything even remotely off-piste.

I'm perpetually horrified by what has happened to the left in the past few years.

 

Its scary that so many people can be bound to such a delusion.
