    Dunno. Might want to ask your Representative and your Senators that question. They are the ones that control the purse strings and send money overseas, and if they aren't the person you voted for, vote them out if you can get enough people together. Me? I'm just a retired U.S. Navy sailor who watches a lot of news, and to tell you the truth, I don't understand why politicians do most of the things that they do. I don't have control of how this country spends it's money, all I have is my vote, and I vote regularly.

    My brother attended a wedding in So Africa 2 months ago and he said the worst possible conditions in America would be considered luxury living to them, and that's the good part of Africa.
