    Not entirely true. Much about behaviors are in the person.

    My shared story. I have two sons. They are completely different people. My first child is very much a rule follower and if told to take only 2 he would take only 2, he's always been this way. My second child is a different story, he tries to get away with more than his brother ever did. Some children push boundaries and limits, some break those boundaries and there is a consequence for that.

    Same story with me and my sisters. My middle sister was the rule follower, my youngest sister and myself.....we push the boundaries and had to be kept in check.

    Might be you are right and it's trust......might also be that you are lucky to have rule followers. Either way.....congrats, kids are a blessing.
