There is multiple police reports against him, not just one.Not impossible that it will end to nothing, considering that the disciples of Ramadan assault the people who filled those reports.

As far as I know, it's not rape, but sexual assault. I don't know what's exactly the laws on rape in France and I'm not a law expert, so I won't be able to says. If I remember well, rape in France is about every non consensual sexual act. So maybe chocking/kissing very hard could be qualified. Choking a woman is highly illegal, especially against her will. We would need a french law expert, and none of us are one. So I'm rather unable to says.
The actual law articles could be found on "legifrance" a website who gather all laws article and we could find the law about rape, but honnestly, I'm too lazy to search in the code penal for 0 benefit because I have almost no knowledge in laws. So, if you're motivated.

More seriously, even if I would like to see this guy banned for life, him and his whole organization of the muslim brotherhood, I'm not a seer and I don't know if he really raped those girl. Even if the fact that there is many testimonies against them, that the victims are living hell for that, that you can't win millions in a trial of rape in France and that Ramadan admitted he lied in the first moment, I suppose it's more likely he sexually assaulted/raped many women. But, in the end, let's hope that truth will be unveilled. Even in the end, it's only Ramadan and the girls who know what's the truth and they will be the only one who will know it.
