To the contrary it does. It was stated on the part of yourself that smoking is an individual choice, made by individuals who know the risks but still make dumb decisions. Meaning that if they smoke in the presence of others, they are not only knowingly but also deliberately exposing others to the same health hazards that they consider to be acceptable to themselves. Making it no different than an individual using a firearm for the purpose of committing harm to others.
