"Richard Windsor never existed at the EPA, but the agency awarded the fictional staffer’s email account certificates proving he had mastered all of the agency’s technology training — including declaring him a “scholar of ethical behavior,” according to documents disclosed late last week.

Windsor.Richard@epa.gov was the controversial email alias used by former Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa Jackson, who resigned earlier this year amid questions about whether epa-using-instant-messages-avoid-s/?page=all”>her agency was complying with open-records laws."

And, now we have Emailgate and Sen. Hillary Clinton. I don't understand why anyone cares. Corruption is the norm. The head of the all-powerful EPA, Lisa Jackson, had a totally fictitious persona created. He took classes and did very well. I have no idea whether or not he drew a paycheck. When they get caught they move on. Lois Lerner got caught and moved on. I wonder how long Dr. Gruber will have to wait for another cushy government contract?

So, now it's Sen. Clinton when she was Secretary of State. Hey, at least she used her own name...maybe. And, she'll move on and if the leftists can swing it she'll move on to the White House where she will continue the most transparent administration in history.

I wonder if there is a document somewhere in the bureaucracy entitled, "Avoiding Open Records Laws and FOIA Requests"?

NOTE: I did try to find a link to a source that liberals would read but Lisa Jackson/Richard Windsor didn't seem to be a hot story for the NYT, WashPo, HuffPo, or Politico.

When this crime was virtually ignored, not to mention unpunished, any faith I held for FOIA requests and open government went buh bye.
