Do you have any information on the validity of the video? A video like this would be easy for a couple guys to make while sitting at home in the living room.

It may be a real video, in which case it makes all gun owners look bad. If the video is valid and these are actual people selling guns they are willing to break the law. If they are willing to break the law new laws won't do much good.

And had they done this it would have changed the nature of the transaction. Picking it up in person is not an internet gun sale. It is simply using the internet as we would have used the newspaper in bygone days. I'm sure some of you remember newspapers.

Maybe we need to define what is meant by "internet gun sale". I don't know the legal definition or if there really is one. To me an internet gun sale would be the seller mailing the gun to the buyers address and the buyer sending money to the seller. If the two meet in person and conduct the transaction they have simply used the internet as a tool to make the connection not to buy/sell the gun.

The antigun groups know that the Internet is simply a communication tool for gun buyers, and that any gun actually ordered off of the Internet must be shipped to a FFL. They are counting on low information voters assuming that you can actually bypass the law by ordering guns straight from the Internet legally.
