I'm beginning to wonder if Hoosier8 is part bot. I have notice the same pattern of responses as Moolk. 'He' never actually replies to what you're saying but just makes a general political statement.

I thought most states require you to be registered to be able to vote.

That's true but irrelevant. The very simple fact is that the voter turnout figures are based on the number of eligible voters which is why the stats quoted in the OP are wrong (or intentional lies).

If at any point The Donald said it, we can be sure it was an intentional lie.

except that there are more people in those counties who voted for Biden.

There are more people in one county in CA than several states combined.

Common sense is apparently lacking with Biden deniers.

Fraud did not happen, nor has it been proved in any of the 60 lawsuits brought forth.

Of the 60 lawsuits brought by Trump and his allies, not one case of Fraud has been proven. Not one

You know the old saying, "put up or shut up".

Moreover, if 'dems stole the election', how would dems have known which states, at the outset, would have been the 'swing states', as there are far more potential swing states before the election began than actually became swing states towards the end of the voting? See, this is where your logic falls apart. There are both democrats and republicans and independents, as required by state laws, in the vote counting process, and dems would have had operatives established, months in advance, in about a dozen states, noting that many such states are controlled by republicans, noting that no one system dominates all states. then there is the concept that if dems were rigging the election, they would have won more seats in the house and senate, which they lost ground there.

We have the former head of CISA, AG Barr, and 60 plus judges asserting no proof of fraud has been demonstrated by Team Trump.

You lost, it's time for y'all to quite being sore losers.

You are accusing every lawyer who brought forth 60 lawsuits trying to overturn the election as so incompetent they failed to provide evidence?

    How is that possible?

    I'll explain it to you, it's quite simple, really;

There is no evidence. Yes, it does mean there is no evidence.

You are the one who is too lazy to provide evidence.

Real evidence, not the fake kind.

the onus is on the accusers, not the defenders, to provide evidence of their allegations.

    None was given.

Of the 60 lawsuits, no evidence has been provided.

    The question is why?

    The answer is simple:

    There is no evidence.

You're changing the subject, the subject is voter fraud.

    No evidence.

You overlook that there have been cases where evidence could be entered into a proceeding. Result: there was no admissible evidence. Trump attorneys (including Rudy) were forced to concede "this isn't a fraud case", to avoid being sanctioned for violating rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

The problem with the affidavits are:
    1) as I alluded, per rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the attorney has to make a reasonable examination of its merits.
    2) The affidavits include speculation, process complaints, and hearsay - none of which are admissible, and are of spurious value.
    3) A proper process would entail an allegation of a specific type of fraud, and the evidence would be used to support that allegation. That isn't the case here (with one exception).
    4) the one exception is Sidney Powell's "Kracken" case, which has been exposed as ludicrous (including by me, in this thread), and is resulting in lawsuits by Dominion and Smartmatic against Fox, Newsmax, OAN, and Sidney Powell herself.

That was later with the SCOTUS, noting that the TX Scotus lawsuit consisted of a rehash of failed lawsuits ( where laches and standing weren't the issue ) done at the state level.

Here is a sample of why they were rejected, none having to do with laches or standing , and these lawsuits were typical

Apparently you are uneducated on this.

As hard as it is to imagine trump's elite team of legal minds has managed to outdo themselves plunging to new heights of legal incompetence.

    1) It isn't as if no court has considered the merits or criticized the so-called "evidence" 2) You shouldn't criticize arguments as "uneducated" given the math mistake that your entire OP is based on.

    Trump pardoned four murderers. See:https://www.theguardian.com/world/2...ractors-jailed-for-massacre-of-iraq-civilians

Before going on an extended vacation at Mar-a-Lago, Trump refused to sign the stimulus bill needed by millions of Americans. Before that he vetoed the defense bill because of a beef he had with Twitter and he likes Confederate names on U.S. military bases.

Tell me again why you like Trump.
