Sure whatever you say boss. Expanding drone bombings into several countries and getting caught tapping the German chancellors phone increased or moral authority?

If “ moral authority” is one if you’re concerns for your nation you me be one of these insane “leftists” I keep hearing about(and interacting online with)

Well the least you could do before trying to interact with us insane liberals is to learn how to write in the English language. What do they teach you in Russian troll school?

Yes they have always had it out for him.

"This is not to suggest that the president is without cards to play. Campaign finance violations have a high proof threshold for intent. President Trump could argue that because there was no spending limit on his contributions, he did not think about the campaign-finance implications, much less willfully violate them.

There is, furthermore, a significant legal question about whether the hush-money payments here qualify as “in-kind” campaign contributions. There is nothing illegal per se in making a non-disclosure agreement; they are quite common. The criminal law comes into play only if the non-disclosure payment is deemed a donation for purposes of influencing a political campaign.

Arguably, the payment is not a donation if it was made for an expense that was independent of the campaign – that is, money that would have had to be paid even if there were no campaign.

Cohen chose to plead guilty and forfeited the right to contest this point. That concession is not binding on Trump. If the president is charged, I expect he would vigorously argue that the payment was not a campaign contribution."

And of course if Trump says he was only following the advice of his attorney on how to handle the matter and he had the assumption what his lawyer told his was proper and legal what case do you have against him?

    What's the high crime here?

First off, kudos to whichever attorney you quoted without crediting. Those are all excellents arguments...to be made in court.

By the time that trump is making arguments in court in defense of a felony conviction, then America has won.

You impeached a president because of that very fact. I ask that the same take place here.

Not quite - I thought the impeachment was because of lies he told with respect to sexual activity.

Of course had he not lied about it, there would still have been a chance that he would have been impeached anyway.

Both should easily be able to find a Ghostwriter who will let them ramble into a tape recorder.

No he wasn't impeached for the same fact. Are you really this unknowing of the facts about the Clinton impeachment and what were the articles and what led up to them?
Did Trump have an affair with a subordinate government employee whom he rewarded for the sexual favors granted abusing his power as a government official?
Did Trump commit perjury and obstruction of justice in a federal court during a federal civil rights lawsuit about his rewarding a subordinate government employee for sexual favors when a former subordinate government employee sued him for sexual assault and sexual harassment?
Did Trump suborn the perjury of subordinate employee in that federal lawsuit?
Did Trump tamper with a witness in that federal lawsuit?

It was NOT a private affair it was sexual activity AS PRESIDENT and in the Oval Office, a federal office with government employees.

But HEY, inspite of all of the above the Democrats said that not only did it not warrant removal from office it didn't even merit impeachment. So what legs do you and the Democrats have to stand on? You guys set the standard, now live with it.

No, man… he paid sex workers for sex. Did you forget already? In case you did, he will probably go to jail for paying a woman with campaign money to keep quiet about it.

Good point. He will probably go to prison for that, too!
Now you’re confusing him with his campaign manager, Paul Manafort. It’s tough, I know, all these old white guy criminals in politics look alike!

Yea bud. That’s right. I exposed your brain washed North Korean mindset of wanting a “moral authority” and your response is basically “ hey this guys auto correct makes him make typos lol .” Yes I’m sure no United States citizen ever submitted a post with syntax errors(especially due to iPhones notorious spell check)

You Marxist would be a sight to behold if you weren’t so dangerous and gaining a ideological foot hold in my country.

Tillerson as S of S almost makes Hillary look competent. Pompeo is much better, as Trump rightly said.

Unlike the Swamp, Trump is performance-based when it comes to his people.
