now that is hilarious. I don’t doubt for one minute that MSNBC would have an interest to find their location so they can try and continue the juror intimidation. MSNBC should be ashamed of themselves. But after all the false hoods they’ve spit out about this case and anything they want to deem bad it’s not surprising

The judge in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial in Wisconsin on Thursday banned cable news network MSNBC from the courtroom after a producer was stopped by police for allegedly following a van carrying the jury.

The producer has been identified as James Morrison. He was stopped by police Thursday morning after running a stoplight while attempting to follow a van used to bring jurors to the courtroom.

Police in Kenosha, where the trial is taking place, said Morrison was "trying to photograph jurors," according to news service mystateline.com. He was charged with several traffic violations, police said.

Judge Bruce Schroeder said the jury van is equipped with blacked-out windows so members are prevented from being exposed.

"I have instructed that no one from MSNBC News will be permitted in this building for the duration of this trial," Schroeder said. "This is a very serious matter. I don’t know what the ultimate truth of it is … but someone following a jury bus is an extremely serious matter, and will be referred to the proper authorities for further action."

What in the hell is wrong with MSNBC? This looks like an attempt to DOX jurors.

MSNBC and the rest of the Mainstream Media is responsible for all of this in the first place. Their lies about the Blake event started all the riots in Kenosha. If we just had an honest media that was not totally driven by partisanship, Kyle would have never been needed to protect minority businesses in Kenosha.

MSNBC is completely out of line here.

    wow.

That's unbelievable. Trailing a bus to an "undisclosed" location to preserve the integrity of the process. And a major US Media company violates that policy. Simply wow.

Now MSNBC, are they on the left or right?

Hmm, I thought I read some people claiming it was the right threatening the jury, but this story seems to disagree with that.

Yeap they've reported falsehood after falsehood about this trial, they've literally turned the heat up coming close to endangering the jury if they acquit Kyle. This is very very dangerous for our system and they should be face very serious consequences. The media can't become a part of the trial and most of the MSM have convicted and trashed Kyle. He'll be a rich man soon

It's organizations like MSNBC that caused the riots in the first place with their lies about Blake. Then they lied about Kyle Rittenhouse to push for mob justice which resulted in a trial that should have never happened. There was literally no evidence of Kyle murdering anyone. Yet, they had a trial because Leftists lie in the media to get their criminal lackeys to destroy cities.

Doxxing is a good method of intimidation in an era in which groups like BLM and Antifia have free reign.

The "alleged" behavior of MSNBC (in this specific case, but, media in general) is a sign of radical times and behavior. They are behaving like "paparazzi", if they did as claimed, it's totally inappropriate.

A lot of 'reportedly' and 'allegedly' in all the articles about this. They state that a producer asked a freelance journalist to follow the bus. No pictures were taken and no contact was made with the jury. How about we wait until details are confirmed before more mud gets flung. If, indeed, the intent was to tamper with the jury at all, I'll join you in tar and feathering the producer. Until though, then, I'll wait to hear what has really happened.

We know... Rachel Madow is amazing... right?

    Pictures were attempted.

It's alright... defend MSNBC. It's not like they have not lied repeatedly about the Blake event to help kick off the riots and then lied a ton more about Saint Kyle to push the division and false narrative. They were likely just following the juror bus because.... NO... There is no good reason to follow a juror bus. What a pile of crap that network has been and continues to be.

I stand by what I said. Still no confirmation on conclusive information. I've read several articles and none of them have conclusive information.

The reporter told the police he worked for NBC and his boss instructed him to follow the jury bus. Sure we'll wait for more details but I think we already know what is needed. NBC has some serious explaining to do.

    https://edition.cnn.com/2021/11/18/us/kyle-rittenhouse-trial-thursday/index.html

"Last night, a freelancer received a traffic citation. While the traffic violation took place near the jury van, the freelancer never contacted or intended to contact the jurors during deliberations, and never photographed or intended to photograph them," NBC News said in a statement. "We regret the incident and will fully cooperate with the authorities on any investigation."

Now, the question is, will CNN harp on this to try to steal viewers from MSNBC or will they just think to themselves, "Why didn't we think of that?"

a freelance reporter who was taken into custody was James J Morrison and he claimed to be working for Irene Byon of NBC in New York

It doesn't bother me (in the least) that MSNBC has been sanctioned.

Hopefully, this sanction will serve to prevent a recurrence in the future.

not sure it's a crime, as no picture of jurors taken, yes, jurors in the bus, but windows blocked out

be like saying you can't take a picture of the courthouse as jurors inside

that said, it's not smart, as if he did get a picture that had a juror in it, would be a crime

from the sound of it, MSNBC just wanted a picture of the bus on route to courthouse

So typical of the slime that works at MSNBC. Ha! They celebrate telling lies everyday. Illegally photographing jurors to threaten them before a verdict is illegal. They should be fined heavily, and also their parent company, NBC by the FCC. They have made themselves a target to be sued by the defense and the court system. They get stupid when they get desperate. The prosecution of course has no problem with this. Well....they will now.:roflol:

MSNBC responds.. who? Of course, after a couple of warrants for the email traffic, the FBI will lose those and MSNBC will claim they had no knowledge.... Of course the guy has been disavowed by MSNBC because they got caught, and now have been banned by the judge in the case. Somewhere Joy Reid is trying to craft a "the judge is racist" narrative, even though he's a democrat... and what will madcow have to say for her brand? I mean, wasn't the point of putting a reporter out there to intimidate the jury? To let them know that at least MSNBC wasn't going to tolerate a not guilty verdict?
