You literally typed this response with a straight face? The Biden administration withdrew the military before the evacuation was even started!!! It was his lack of strategy that caused the chaos.... It could have been 100% avoidable and saying otherwise is just being blind to the actual facts!

 

It doesn't seem anyone, not even the OP, is interested in the topic.

 

The withdrawal should not have proceeded without the weapons being removed or disabled. Biden's team just walked away.

 

In Russia, you can't lose a war and expect to stay in power.

The Cuban Missile Crisis did much to diminish Khrushchev's status.

It was the beginning of the end for him.

The same thing will happen to Putin if there's a stalemate in Ukraine.

And it's well on its way.

 

DeSantis doesn't think Ukraine is worth American treasure or lives. They have NOTHING of value. I agree.
You go save the world if you want. Some of us don't think risking American lives and treasure for a someplace that has no vital interest to America is just wrong.

 

I agree. I pointed out from the beginning of the Ukraine war that fate has not been kind to dictators who led their countries into unsuccessful foreign adventures. However, I think Khrushchev was ousted for several reasons, and the Cuban misadventure was more a symptom than a cause.

 

The Russians will help Biden and his feckless woke agenda. What is more ludicrous than an army of castrated transvestites?

 

No American lives have been or will be risked, and the "treasure" is decimal dust. A small price to help people fight for their own freedom.

 

Does that make sense to you given the fact that they have nothing to gain from that (even if it was true that Biden is castrating soldiers), but they have a lot to gain from having a US president who is likely to cut, or end aid to Ukraine?

Helping people to fight for for their freedom is noble. So let's save hundreds of countries...... from terrorists, from chaos... heck... we can save the WORLD for TRILLIONS in "decimal dust". Personally, I'd like to have it be related to the security of the USA in some way first. And I don't see tht connection with Ukraine.

 

There's no question we have bigger problems and higher priorities here at home. Acknowledging that fact doesn't make DeSantis or anyone else a "Putin lover", etc., but honesty is not something I expect out of DeSantis' opponents.

Selective help, I see. Why not help the people of Yemen, currently getting eviscerated by the Saud's? Why not intervene in Syria who have been begging for US intervention for over a decade? Why not intervene in the Uyghur genocide to give those people the ability to fight for their own freedom? Why turn a blind eye to the active slave trade in Africa? Where is your small piece of help for those in Venezuela? Just flick some decimal dust to each of these nations?!

Ukraine was perpetuated by CIA intervention into an existing government. If you wanted to help people.... maybe stop intervening in their politics

Why don't you give me some evidence that Putin helps the DeSantis campaign (once it kicks off)? The question you are currently asking is if a foreign power sees advantage of one Presidential candidate over another, why wouldn't they help them? How about China helping the Biden and Clinton campaigns? Hillary was certainly friendly with China and Biden's son did business with them.
