Sen. Ron Johnson (R.-Wis.) told the Wall Street Journal that he learned of a possible quid pro quo between the Trump administration and Ukraine's government from EU Ambassador Gordon Sondland. "I think it’s crazy to withhold security assistance for help with a political campaign," Bill Taylor, the top U.S. diplomat to Ukraine, texted Sondland. Sondland texted back: "Bill, I believe you are incorrect about President Trump's intentions. The President has been crystal clear no quid pro quo's of any kind." The New York Times reported that Sondland's response came only after he spoke to the president https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.ax...quo-7dfccd31-7ccf-4ecc-8130-8059ab39dace.html Well I think it’s time for republicans to shift from the no QPQ, to “QPQs are totally fine!” We all knew it was coming, hell some have already been trying it. Sondland s last text was clearly a guy who just figured out what was going. It’s why he took 4 hours to respond and asked to stop having this conversation documented in text.
Yep he saw a problem. And he rushed out to get a reassurance, blindfold and some ear plugs. China won't play Trump's game and has made it a lot clearer than the Ukraine did. Ukraine was desperate and now they don't know how to get out of the mess they allowed themselves to divve into to get that money.
This is only going to get worse for Trump, now we have a CIA official that wanted to file criminal charges against Trump. https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/tr...l-referral-whistleblower-s-complaint-n1062481
Well it is his own fault, to boot, let's not forget how he insulted them by taking Putin's word over them. Something that is unforgiveable. Trump and his supporters call themselves patriotic, Trump deserves all of it.
