Rudy Giuliani’s fixer, Lev Parnas, turned over documents. They’re very ugly.

The House Intelligence Committee quietly released a new batch of impeachment inquiry evidence Tuesday evening: documents provided by Rudy Giuliani’s fixer for Ukraine, Lev Parnas.

    And boy, are they ugly.

The documents, which include Parnas’s handwritten notes, copies of text messages, and other correspondence, reveal some new information — including that Giuliani claimed to be acting with President Trump’s “knowledge and consent” in his communications with the Ukrainian government.

One handwritten note of Parnas’s, scribbled on Ritz-Carlton hotel stationery, clearly states his main objective in his dealings with Ukraine: to get Ukraine’s president to announce “the Biden case will be investigated.”

The documents also provide the strongest evidence yet that there was a corrupt understanding involving prosecutor general Yuriy Lutsenko (a Ukrainian official in the previous regime). Lutsenko offered to investigate Burisma and the Bidens — and, in exchange, he insisted that US Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch, whom he had clashed with, be fired. He made this quid pro quo clear in his messages to Parnas.

The Ukraine Clown Posse strikes again. Another QPQ to go after Biden. Also more evidence that Rudy was NOT working for US interests, but for trump personally, as were Lev and Igor

“In my capacity as personal counsel to President Trump and with his knowledge and consent, I request a meeting with you,” Giuliani wrote.

Investigating Biden's corruption is a matter of US interests, not a personal Trump matter.

Then why was his personal lawyer meeting with Ukraine? Why were his mobbed up buddies stalking the ambassador?

So then where was all of this back in Trumps first year? Biden Jr took that board position in 2014? Why did it take 5 years for someone to even notice and only when Biden started beating Trump in polls did Trump decide that now was the time?

Funny how so many of Trumps actions seem to line up chronologically with his reelection issues? (Starts investigating Biden when polls start showing Biden beating Trump. Kills Solemeni the day after emails drop that confirm the 'clear directive from POTUS to hold'. I'm curious to see what major event happens this week if the Senate 'trial' doesn't go his way)

Why are they stalking and harassing someone that trump can remove easily?

Particularly disturbing is a set of messages Parnas received from a person named Robert F. Hyde, a Republican congressional candidate. Hyde texted Parnas that he had people tracking Yovanovitch’s movements closely in Ukraine. He claimed he could tell whether her phone and computer were off.

Republicans will treat Lev and Giuliani as they treated Cohen. I suspect, however, Lev may have even more corroborating evidence, in the form of documents, tapes, etc. than Cohen had, so the Republican response will have to be more of "ignore the elephant in the room." That brings up a question: Wasn't Cohen convicted on campaign finance violations, in which the indictment named Trump as a non-indicted co-conspirator? And, didn't that non-indictment rest on the DoJ policy that prevented the indictment of a sitting President? If so, wouldn't that also become an element of the impeachment charges? Not sure of this...maybe Cohen wasn't convicted of campaign finance violations?

How would we know unless they were asked questions under oath? Surely you understand that do you not?

Watching the left ignore Biden's corruption, while instead attacking Trump for trying to uncover it, would be funny if it wasn't so partisan and sad. Talk about epic deflection, LOL. "Who cares about Biden's corruption, Trump is the bad guy for trying to investigate it!!!!" That's like giving a criminal a free pass, and attacking the policeman instead. Although, come to think of it, I've seen the left do that too....

If Bidens corrupt I’m sure trumps DOJ will go after him like they are FLYNN. Why don’t you trust the DOJ? The DOJ can’t do their job so we need some russian mobsters to do it?!

Im sure he can tell us why he was hired by Burisma, what went on in that company and why did Trump wanted to investigate them for corruption. I mean, he should have plenty of insider information, right? Don’t you want to hear it from him?

They cannot speak to what Trump did or knew or wanted to know, or what Guilani did, knew or wanted to know, or any other player in this drama. The Bidens are not being impeached and have no direct or indirect knowledge of the events under this investigation. Call them under a different investigation, and their testimony may be relevant.

Robert Hyde was asked to comment on these reports by a CNN journalist. He responded by saying he would never answer any questions from CNN and would only talk to Blaze or Breitbart or One America News.

Sure he can tell the DOJ, but the senate isn’t conducting an investigation of Burisma, they’re holding a trial for the president.

Bring it on, I say! Have Joe and Son testify in exchange for Bolton and Mulvaney. Works for me.

Is there any doubt in your mind that Biden was not pursuing official US policy when he sought the firing of Shotkin?
