Military funds to Ukraine were held up by Trump's administration for a lengthy period of time and then those funds were released, along with a surprise 120 million.

 

The same Ukrainian President who had a private conversation with the man who just released him hundreds of millions in funds after requesting - eight times - the Ukraine investigate Trump's political rival?
