Exactly why I am thinking on trying my best to talk retired Canadian P. M. Stephen Harper of the many benefits of Canada's federal Conservative Party borrowing all 4.3 TRILLION of those USA Petro-Dollars that you mentioned to me...........
and put together a plan that puts the USA dollar and the Canadian dollar pretty much at par...........
in combination with variations of that plan I had to begin stabilization of the climate........
and the economy of the Middle East......
simultaneously!
