I was watching a tv prog last night on what I happen to believe is the most imminent threat to mankind - apart from the approaching world war - microbial resistance. This is what I'd like to see - that Russian scientists discover a generic antibiotic which is capable of countering every known bacterial disease and condition: the anti-Russia simpletons like those on this board, together with every western government, would be, metaphorically speaking, on their knees begging to know how to do it. And if I were Putin I'd tell them all to **** off.
People tend to be phobic of regimes using banned chemical weapons in Syria and against NATO in a transitional UK. Unless you're Jeremy Corbyn.
Antibiotic that can fight every known bacterial disease? Shows your education and the junk you are fed by Russian TV. Bacteria evolves very fast because their lifetimes are relatively short. So, all known bacteria will eventually evolve to resist antibiotics. The only way to fight this is to continue to develop new ones. If you want a drug that kills everything alive you might as well take polonium - that will kill any bacteria for sure. This thread is a perfect example of how stupefied Russian population is.
Ya need to read up on... ... posts on this board... ... about the superbugs... ... evolvibg from the overuse... ... of antibiotics.
