When did anyone say she was exonerated specifically? They decided not to charge her. Same with trump. Hence why they are still innocent people

The only conclusion that matters is that it specifically says they can not conclude the president committed a crime. That was the point of the investigation. That’s all that matters

Lmao when you can’t even post the full sentence you know it’s bad.
    “President committed a crime”
    Case closed, lock him up!

Where in Article 1 does it give them the executive power to investigate crimes? I can tell you it doesn't...the power to enforce laws vest only in a President...Art II makes that clear

See that might be the problem...you can't read

";;; this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime,.."

    NO CRIME

There was an investigation.....Mueller did it for years....his conclusion: ";;; this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime,.."

More over the House and Senate both conducted oversight for two years and found no conspiracy with Russia either.

Mueller did it for 22 months, 10 of those investigations are still ongoing, and another 19 state and congressional investigations are ongoing.

Where does the constitution say the congress can’t impeach unless the executive branch says it’s ok?

    did not commit a crime.

Reading is fundamental...but your post highlights why so many on the left are having a hard time understanding the mueller report

I never said it did. It however does say in Art I that they can only impeach for high crimes and misdemeanors. That's sort of the issue here, is that after two plus years of investigations you all haven't got any. Sorry

Hey I’m quoting you, the partial sentence you carefully edited...
    ...the president committed a crime

And they’ll use their subpoena power to find out if there are any crimes.
Congress does not have to outsource its constitutional power to the executive branch.
