You righties kill me. I've been watching y'all go after the Clintons for decades now. And all you've ever gotten out of it was a lie about a blow job.

I cant believe you are falling for this same old line of bs AGAIN! This is about the tenth round of this crap. You know that is one definition of insanity: Doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results.

But when Mueller lays out a clear case for impeachment, y'all cry like little babies, WHEN WILL THIS EVER END?!?!

Unprecedented? Clinton sat for an interview and trump wouldn’t. Now he won’t let anyone testify? And he tried several times to fire mueller. Read the report.

    https://www.factcheck.org/2017/06/can-trump-fire-mueller/
Q: Can President Donald Trump fire special counsel Robert Mueller?

A: Not directly. Only the deputy attorney general who appointed Mueller can fire him and only for cause. But Trump could fire the DAG, or order the special-counsel regulations repealed and fire Mueller himself.

Clinton never set for an interciew with Starr. He was deposed in a civil lawsuit , which he fought all the way to the scotus, and the lied in under oath

So he can fire the SC.
    Can’t be indicted
    Can’t be investigated by congress

    So he’s above the law

You and your side need to come off the edge of the building and try to get back to work. Make some balanced budget decisions, some laws, pass some bills, lets start working together.

Yes unprecidented, not a single claim of executive immunity including his legal councel, no withholding of documents and even Mueller said that by that time Trump's testimony was unnecessary and Clinton sat down for a grand jury so he could try and lie his way out of the crimes he had committed.

The testimony is over, the investigation is over. Firing Mueller for his blantant conflicts of interest was perfectly within the scope of the Presidents authority but he listened to his legal and political counsel and did not, there is nothing illegal there the investigation would have continued. Please explain the crime you are alleging here.

Do you really want these Congressional powers and precedents for a Republican House and a President Sanders or a President Biden?

Yes he can fire a DOJ employee who works for him, so what?
An indictment can be issued it can't be served until he is out of office JUST LIKE WITH BILL CLINTON
The executive branch can be investigate within the constitutional limits including executive privilege, Trump just told Pelosi to GET ON WITH IT and GET IT OVER and then they might be able to sit down and work together but as long as she the Speaker of the House is going out and grabbing camera time to declare him a criminal that ain't gonna happen.

After he committed the perjury and obstruction of justice in that federal court deposition he was questioned before the grand jury, via closed circuit TV and questioned by Starr's team. He did so after protest and then voluntarily under certain conditions because he was trying to lie his way out of the criminal charge Starr was going to and did charge. He later plea bargained it with Robert Ray.

So the president can fire the SC and congress can’t invesigate crimes. You’ve effectively remove impeachment from the constitution.
He’s claiming privilege and withholding documents now.
