    So now you are demanding that ALL drug addicts must be STERILIZED because a male drug addict can still impregnate a woman.

    How EXACTLY do you intend to ENFORCE your DRACONIAN anti-sex laws?

    Are all drug addicts going to be locked up in chastity cages or will you just force them to undergo sterilization at your BIG GOVERNMENT prison clinics?

    It requires INTENT to KILL!

    Onus is entirely on you to PROVE that there was that INTENT.

    While it is inside the uterus it is a FETUS and has no Constitutional Rights.

    In order to have obtain any rights there needs to be a LIVE BIRTH!

    That never happened in this instance.

    What about the man/men who impregnated her? Shouldn't he/they also be FORCED to undergo sterilization?

    I did read it. It says:
    "Whoever engages in conduct that violates any of the provisions of law listed in subsection (b) and thereby causes the death of, or bodily injury […] to, a child, who is in utero at the time the conduct takes place, is guilty of a separate offense under this section."
    ​
    The sections listed under subsection (b) include drug laws.

    It appears you're wrong.

    Wrong for the umpteenth time!

    EVERY PERSON under the Jurisdiction of the Law of the Land has Constitutional Rights with the exception of those rights that pertain only to Citizens. That INCLUDES anyone who is an illegal immigrant.

    A FETUS is NOT a PERSON because it has NOT been "NATURALLY BORN" yet.

    The Constitution does not require you to be born yet to be a citizen.
    This subject has already been discussed in extensive detail in other threads.

    Not only that, but the Constitution also grants certain rights to persons who are not citizens.
