There has been a deafening silence from Birthers today......

 

Lol, they had the press conference. The "new" information? Same old birther bull(*)(*)(*)(*) that was debunked YEARS ago.

Where to start...(?). Briefly, although the presentation began with a litany of allegations, it quickly devolved into a "indictment" of the half-assed, give-a-**** methodology employed by the State of Hawaii regarding the verification of data used on its birth certificates prior to 1982. Thus, there are really two distinctly different topics that grow out of this expose -- the allegation that Obama committed the "high crime" and/or "misdemeanor" of producing a fraudulent copy of what was supposed to be his Hawaiian birth certificate, and, the allegation that all Hawaiian birth certificates could have been created fraudulently in the first place, at least until 1982. The apex of all this, to my mind, is that there is no proof whatever offered that Barack Obama was NOT born in the State of Hawaii. Therefore, the contemptible negligence and simple-minded malfeasance of the State of Hawaii shown in the creation of birth certificates notwithstanding, Barack Obama has produced legal proof of his birth there. OK? Legally, then, everyone should accept that Obama was born in Hawaii!

This is separate and distinct from whether or not someone in the Obama camp deliberately created a fraudulent copy of this birth certificate, and that Obama used it as proof of said birth in Hawaii. Arpaio, the "Posse", et al, should take all their information and file suit in the Federal Court in Phoenix, and it would be interesting to see if: (1) They are even allowed to present their case at all (2) They are thrown out for lack of "standing" or some other legal concoction designed to derail their case. Even if they were allowed to make their charges, prove their case, and get a judgement, what good would it do? Obama could simply say, "Hey, I'm no computer expert! I just took what they told me was a copy of the long-form document and rolled it out. They may be guilty of something, but I'm not...." And that would be the end of that, unless the charges also rolled in the allegations about the Connecticut social security number and the Selective Service registration. The weight of all that together could be harder to juggle.

My sig line? Well, we're granted a degree of "poetic license" for those, and we all know that Vladimir Putin could not, under any circumstances, be the President of the United States, and that's all tongue-in-cheek. But it is true that a disturbingly large number of Americans have polled their sentiment during the past five years that birthplace should not even matter in the qualifications for the presidency, including no less than Democrat Senator Tim Johnson of South Dakota, for instance. This is reflective of a growing disregard for the Constitution itself among our citizens, too many of whom don't even understand what's in it....

 

So, basically, it's a whole lot of nothing? And the person who "faked" Obama's birth certificate? What happened to that?

The allegations about the SSN and the Selective Service registration have been debunked fairly extensively. Hell, I even explained them to you above. Seriously, what's the new evidence? That Hawaii didn't have good birth records before the 80s? Geez, that sure does help us determine that Obama faked his birth certificate. It also goes a long way towards explaining why the local newspaper announced his birth.

Okay. Now how many people do you think get that? It's like if I put up a signature espousing the exhumed corpse of Hitler for president as some sort of tongue-in-cheek gag - nobody would get it, and I'd just look like a fascist moron. Although to be fair, the chances of them getting that are considerably higher, seeing as there is a significant population of the country who actually does believe Obama is a foreigner.

 

Then we agree that Arpaio, Zullo, and "the Posse" have failed to produce proof that Barack Obama was NOT born in the State of Hawaii. I reaffirm that now.

The issue of whether or not someone deliberately produced a fraudulent copy of Obama's legitimate, legal Hawaiian birth certificate is entirely separate from that, however, and even under hypothetical circumstances most advantageous to "the Posse" would lead only to the identity of some inept software worker who didn't do a particularly good job of it. The Earth will continue to revolve around the sun, and Obama will still be President of the United States, until midday on Friday, January 20th, 2017.

You do make a supportable observation. Obama could sue Arpaio, Zullo, and "the Posse" for slander and libel, but the whole thing would probably degenerate into trench warfare, with each side throwing "NY Times v Sullivan" at each other.

BTW, thank you, my old adversary, for providing the link to the big "Posse" presentation yesterday. Whether you believe it or not, it has never been my intention to do anything other than to discover what the TRUTH of all this is. Very candidly, I don't like Barack Obama, his political or socialistic philosophies, or anything about him, really, but that has nothing to do with any of the questions I have had about representations that he has made freely to the American public about himself. So, see you back out there on the battlefield! We've still got a long way to go until we finally send this man back to Chicago, where he belongs.... Cheers!

Personally, I don't give a big smelly **** where Barack Obama goes after he leaves the White House. It will take us decades to overcome the destruction he will have wrought on the nation by the time he finally leaves, but a discussion of that will have to wait for future threads. Be brave!

If the Department of Health in Hawaii did not release this pdf computergenerated file, and this is not merely a photograph of a document, someone else created it.That [pointing at 'LFBC'] is a forgery. Since the President showed the hardcopies to reporters at his press conference, its not exactly brain surgery to know that the State of Hawaii didn't make the PDF that was posted on the White House site.

Then Zullo asserts that no one can make a scanned copy of a birth certificate- what?

Hawaii says on its web site that the White House has posted an image of Obama BC online.

This is Zullo explaining how he deceived a 95 year old woman by having a reporter call and not tell her that this was a posse investigation- and Zullo could not explain- a year ago- why they couldn't release to the public that recording.

And still have not released it.
