Nazi Germany was never really allies with the U.S.S.R. They briefly came to an agreement involving each seizing part of Poland, but Hitler himself always envisioned going to war with the Soviet Union. That was the only large scale source of "living space" that he craved for Aryans.

 

The USSR and nazi Germany were in final negotiations for the USSR's entry into the AXIS when the talks broke down over Stalin's insistence on being given control of Bulgaria. There were no ideological disputes.
Far more "living room" had become available beyond the USSR shortly after the invasion of Poland.

~ China has likely been at war with the west since the 1980's - the USA in particular. Unlike Nazi Germany there are no bombs, rockets or bullets. The CCP uses psychological, economic and financial manipulation to do battle. They are failing since Trump's administration took over. Before Trump the U.S. was actually in alliance with China's success.
The worst mistake China could make is military involvement with a U.S. partner nation. With this president it likely would be their last move.

1. The SARS-CoV-2 virus was not engineered, as shown by its genomic sequencing. Any affirmation to the contrary is a conspiracy theory.
2. The reason why we didn't control it here is our own stupidity. Other countries (including China) have shown that it was possible.

 

This whole thread is completely off. China does have ICBMs that can reach the US. And the idea that we can stop them with anti-ballistic missile defensive weapons is too optimistic. In military sites, I've read that if the US were facing a nuclear attack with simultaneous missiles we'd probably not stop more than 1 in 4.

 

We can destroy them on the ground with Trident II D-5 nuclear missiles though.

If we get them all simultaneously. Have you noticed how big China is? Frankly, I think you're grossly underestimating them.

What makes you think the U.S. can't destroy the Chinese nuclear weapons before they launch? Nuclear arms experts have maintained that we could.
