You seem to be confused what BLM stands for. You don't get to make a charter for an organization you are not a member of.
After watching the riots and the looting, I'd say BLM doesn't actually apply in practice. Certainly not for the hundreds of black owned businesses that they destroyed while "protesting". So, "sometimes" may be quite generous. I'd say the only thing for that group that matters is their ability to hide behind an ethnicity to shield them from their obvious disdain for their own community.
What does IT stand for as it definitely doesn't stand for all black lives mattering but just a few that they can twist into their anti-cop narrative.

As I continually point out BLM is fooling the rubes by calling itself Black Lives Matter. Black lives ONLY matter when "to intervene in violence inflicted on black communities by the state and vigilantes" NOT when blacks are murdering other blacks, which explains the non-outrage in Chicago, Baltimore and other cities. So in an effort to promote truth in advertising they really are BLMS. Like marketing your dog crap as bird food.
I think the scales of racism tip more now black against white and it doesn't help that left paints all whites as racists and stokes the flames. I think BLM has been mostly co-opted by deranged white children and their cause is not about justice for blacks at all. I think the whole thing has devolved into a sick orgy of drugs and violence. They are like Hitler youth, Lenin's useful idiots, Mao's Red Guard and Pol Pot's Khmer Rouge. I think there needs to be a nation wide round up of these nuts, blanket convictions and indefinite confinement.
