I personally plead guilty myself to being something of a failed useful idiot.....(to at least some degree ) ...... Back in 1990 I got angry at Messiah Yeshua - Jesus for His 1. many called but few chosen 2. broad way leading to destruction and many going in thereat vs a narrow way leading to life and few finding it and 3. a negative higher dimensional prison environment so scary that those who ended up there might have wished that they had gouged out their right eyes or hacked off their right hand if by doing so they could have avoided the character issues that got them lost......... ....so..... just after Yom Kippur 1990 I began to personally pray for the salvation of "Azazel' whoever Azazel was......... Life got kind of rough for me from 1990 to 2000 and I personally made a lot of mistakes that I regret...... but Messiah Yeshua - Jesus decided to be off the scale merciful to me and told one of His best Prophetesses that I was going to be her husband and that she should fast and pray for me for thirty five days...... ( more than five months before she even met me in person)..... ... for three or four days per week for four weeks she only drank fruit juice, no solid food ......... (even when she was at work and she was working full time)...... then for the fifth week seven days in a row only fruit juice and Jesus would wake her up and get her to pray for me....... We now have twenty one years of marriage in and I am in awe at how merciful Messiah Yeshua - Jesus has been to me in spite of the fact that from 1990 to 2000 I went through extreme anger and disappointment against Messiah Yeshua - Jesus....... ..my point is that I do personally identify with the idea of being a useful idiot....... and I believe that all of us fall into that trap sooner or later... .to some degree or another. I would say that whoever convinced President Donald J. Trump to choose Dr. Tony Fauci for such an important role was indeed using President Trump to be their useful less than brilliant person...... because Dr. Tony Fauci impresses me as one of the most unethical high level bureaucrats that has ever spoken on TV. ..... So.... to a degree I can empathize with why you might feel the way that you do but...... from 2016 to January of 2021 I do believe that the greatest clean up of corruption in American history did take place..... and I believe that the clean up is about to get even more intense over these next three years as the G.O.P. take back both houses............ .... Whatever strengths Trump may have, empathy and a spirit of service are not among them. So, no. Not in a million years. Not until he learns a few things. I've been a prison volunteer for years now. If I saw Trump show up for one of my volunteer events (as an invitee, I mean, not as a volunteer), then I would probably quit on the spot and switch to a different volunteer org.
Once he's inside most prisons have clubs that inmates can join. They have stuff like "seven steps to freedom", "lifer's club", etc. He can join these if he's on good behavior and other prisoners tolerate him.
