the guy that came closest to it was Ross Perot, but unlike RFKjr, he wasn't crazy, and he was a billionaire when a billionaire meant something.

The point is, any vote for anyone other than Biden is a vote for Trump.

the ONLY way to keep Trump from winning is to vote for his counter part.

There is no candidate in any of the democrat line up, their party line up, that is detrimental to America as Trump.

There is only one that can possibly beat him and that is Biden. It's not that he is so great, it's that he has the party machinery, which is vast, far more organized and bigger than that of the GOP's machinery, across America, and that's what it takes to win. A lot of people do not understand this.

It's far more important to defeat Trump than it is to elect Biden, but he's our only avenue, as it stands.

There are only two parties in AMerica with a large enough caucus and party machinery to win. RNC and DNC, that's it.

RJK jr has no caucus, no access to party machinery, and he simply cannot win. A vote for him is a vote for Trump.

The most he could get, though the odds are remote, are not enough to win the EC, but to deprive Trump and Biden the 270 they need for the EC win.

If that were to happen, then the constitution requires the House to elect the president.

Because Republicans have a two state majority in the state delegations, Trump will win.

You have to toss out ideology, as much as you don't want, to, hold your nose and vote for Biden, because he is strategically and pragmatically the only way to beat Trump. It's too late, logistically, to replace Biden. That's not going to happen.

 

There are two sides to any sentencing; mitigating factors and aggravating factors.

Mitigating; age, first conviction
Aggravating; poisoned the minds of a large enough swath of the electorate to deprive Hillary a victory, and he has shown no remorse, and has had 10 contempt citations.

Now, the 'tilted the scales against Hillary' concept isn't proven, but given the fact that he only won the EC by 80k votes in two states, it's highly probable. Given that he was a candidate and then President, he should be held to the highest standard.

I say 2 - 4 years, a massive fine, and probation after out on parole.

If he doesn't get time., the whole thing will be a wasted effort.

 

I don't believe it is at all logistically too late. Just nominate someone else. Today.
If Biden is the only other option than Trump, I would rather Trump win. That is how much I despise Biden, and there are many, many others that are in the same boat. I think it is enough to almost guarantee Biden loses.
So, either the DNC changes their candidate, or they are basically guaranteeing Trump wins. Changing candidates is pretty much the only way the DNC can prevent Trump becoming president.

 

I do not have the personal knowledge to dispute anything. I only know of accusations reported by the media and a few comments by Trump himself.

The can of worms has been opened. What happened in New York is the beginning of the fall of our country. It will be eye for eye and tooth for tooth for many years now. When you have a judge who will not let witnesses for the defense be called, confront witnesses that are called, apply gag orders on the defense but allow the prosecution to do as it wishes, not specify a specific crime, override Federal statues, won't recuse yourself on the grounds that you are a Biden doner and your daughter works for the Biden Campaign and this whole deal was resurrected by an Attorney General that campaigned on the theme he would prosecute Trump, then you have something that really stinks in New York.

I have contacted a couple businesses that I have dealt with in New York and informed them we will no longer be doing business. I have avoided making any contributions to Trumps campaign, but I have authorized my wife to stroke him a check. Trump might be an a**hole but he has shown just how corrupt are government has become and how it can use the justice system to destroy a person. Shame on the administration, the justice system, the media and any other person who has perpetuated this shame. I'm fully aware of the (in)justice system's practice of charge stacking (i.e. throw all sorts of **** against the wall hoping some of it will stick). However, that's not the point of this thread nor the point of my post.

I looked in this and what I found was that several other women have accused Biden of inappropriate touching that made them feel uncomfortable. Biden is was a touchy kind of person --overly affectionate --old school and in the #metoo era this made a few women uncomfortable and they complained about it and he stopped that does not equal sexual assault. The only accusation of sexual assault was Tara Reade who tried to defect to Russia and praised Putin on Russian TV so she's a whack job

Compare this to Trump who was adjudicated sexual abuser bragged about it and is required to pay an $88 million settlement and is accused of sexual assault not uncomfortable touching but sexual assault by 25 different women.

And you think Trump is a better guy than Biden? shame on you
