Now, I am assuming you are trying to assign some sort of error on my part. I point out that nations do not send people around the world to any nation they feel like because of UN conventions and suddenly it is legality of making people stateless.

You also do understand, birthright and nationality are actually two different things??? I am guessing not. BUT you could study the law in this point or examine UN conventions and how YOUR nation legislates in regard to those UN conventions. Just in the case today of the young lady who is requesting asylum in Thailand. Claims are being made that Thailand does not recognise the UN convention on Asylum seekers. I don’t know the truth and I am sure many will have examples to support their stance. However, Australia can and does often assess people who do not get to Australia for refugee status in other nations. does not detract from their claim, just how long they have to wait for the results.

Perhaps you want to know how to research this as well???

Ok, reasonable and good response, I don't agree with the sentiment inferred here but not a nutty response.

But let us get it straight before you go on about Muslim bashing, Muslim is not a nationality. It seems all to often to me many want to make Islam a nationality battle, which includes Trump showing his racist view of his bigotry.

There isn't a nation out there who does not want to keep their sovereignty. I am sure You want to remain in many way in the current Australian nationality. In Australia, ritual killings is illegal, Female Genital Mutilation is illegal child marriage… And on we can go. THESE are national issue because you know as well as me, other nations DO allow it and are accepted nationally.

You are happy to live in a nation that holds the lives of all, the rich, average and mentally ill, poor and even criminals at a high level were other nations do not. You are happy to pay for things such as employing government jobs that are just considered make work jobs rather than growing the nation.

The point is, many will demonise nationalism but they want to live by it. They expect the rest of the world would love to live as you, they are the same by the way. Trump played that card and was elected, not going to debate the moron here.

This one point, on the Greens political machine, shows the very point of that party. They show complete lack of realistic understanding because they claim to want world government and peace in the image they demand yet don’t realise that the world has different ideals. Try not to take offence on the party platform, if you want to discuss the party platform start a thread. Otherwise it is my opinion, you won’t change it.

I hold no grudge to any of these leaders wanting to remain nationalistic nations. In fact I thank god, so to speak, Putin is more interested in raising his nations standings as he would be the most dangerous leader the world has today should he want more. BUT I digress; we have to be careful as to how we keep our sovereignty and what we hold dear.


It is important to stand by those standards and not just bow to an unseen and often unasked for acquiescence for the sake of appearance to continue to keep the values of Australia.
