    So what are you doing to halt the tendonitis.Or slow it down.
    There's a great product out there by Schiff called Move Free
    It's a joint health supplement with Glucosamine and Chondroitin
    plus MSM and Vitamin D3.
    It does take about 2 weeks to feel the effect.But it literally takes
    care of sore knees or anywhere joints { elbow,wrist,Fingers etc. }
    are used repeatedly.Once you got on the program you just take
    on tablet a day.You start out taking 2 or 3 a day the first 2 weeks.

    Thanks, but tendons are not joints, Foolie. The only cure for tendinitis is a months rest or surgery... or wearing a flat boot for 4 weeks, while applying ice packs at night. I opted for the latter. Fortunately, i dont have joint pain. Not yet anyway. ;)

    The last thing I tried was magnesium oil. A friend highly recommended a spray version you could spray on sore, achy muscles for instant relief.

    Results?

    $22 later, it did nothing but burn my skin. Dont try magnesium oil. :(

    Do you guys yet have a product called Voltaren?

    If not, try to get it on line from a Canadian druggist. It is the most effective topical pain manager for joint and muscle pain I have ever imagined and good for everything from Arthritis to post surgery treatment. It is expensive, about $15 for a 100 g tube, but you need almost nothing. A friend of mine who has since passed away had surgery on her hand, around the thumb. I sent her Voltaren [she was in Ohio] and it took care of the pain and helped regenerate mobility in the hand so well that her surgeon had to ask her what she was faster than expected.

    I have psoriasis type arthritis in my hands, but you wouldn't know it as I put a dab on every morning and we're good to go.

    Do check it out

    We will catch something for sure. Blue gills, shell crackers or stump knockers bound to be some kind of fish biting. I'll bring the corn meal for hushpuppies, fry pan and oil. We can always eat hushpuppies.
