What " owner ". I thought this pop stand ran itself like an automatic
car wash.I never seen no owner standing over some employees.

The site was still working on other browsers. It also worked on Chrome, as long as I was logged out. It only didn't work when trying to log in on Chrome.

    True Story.
When I was a little kid, my grandma put a metal garbage can in the driveway. She stuffed the can with bags of papers and other stuff and lite it on fire. The fire got so hot it melted a garbage can sized hole in the driveway. My uncle patch the hole.
No one never talked about grandma incinerating stuff or the patched hole in the driveway.

    This was before paper shredders.

But ... Metal Garbage cans are used by the Homeless to keep
warm in the winter months. Now yes, steel or galvanized steel is not
as tolerant towards fire as say Iron.Which is why fireplace grates or
    dog ends are cast iron.

Lamb was a special Sunday dinner or Easter dinner. Boneless leg of lamb. Marinated overnight with salt, pepper, garlic and all the lemons left over that the zest that was used for the citrus pie. I still do all that for Easter.
We dont eat lamb all that often. We probably should. Yeah, I think we will.

Saturday I'll marinate and then Sunday I'll roast Sheri's little pal for dinner.

Sometimes I will watch that Forged in Fire show. It amazes me watching a blacksmith take scraps metals, forged them together to create something pretty impressive and in a short amount of time.

Im not having any problems and no one is reporting any problems.

Im not sure what was going on, but I am sure the owner is aware that there was something odd going on. The owner is hands on in following through.

The tests they subject the knives to is something else. They gotta be good knives.

It really is impressive. They dont fool around putting those knives to the test. Some of those tests put those guys doing the testing though some stuff too. They go in hard not even knowing if the knife will fail.

Probably due to availability.Beef,Pork and Chicken are available
in every Grocery store. But even Wal*Mart { some stores } carry vacuum packed
Lamb Chops.Plus my Wal*mart has very good premium steaks.
Like on the Label New York Strip steaks.Plus Filet Mignon.
NOT those little hard plastic 3 oz. Filet Mignon.
I noticed that Veal is now being treated like Mortadella was a few
years ago.Stores don't carry it.I don't use Veal.It is too hard to prepare.
Ends up chewy and tough.Like what Lamb sold in Grocery Stores used to be.
Not Lamb Chops but Lamb steaks. You have to *tenderize them.
Then coat with flour and sautee.Along with nice mushrooms being
sautee'd.That is my preferred method for lamb. But Krogers no
longer carries Lamb steaks. And when they did it seemed like the
    Restaurant chefs grabbed them first.

    * with a tenderizer hammer.

I think it is on you tube a blacksmith put some steel ball bearings in a square metal tube welded the ends shut and heated it up, beat it out into a piece of Damascus steel. You know when you create s piece of Damascus steel you are a master. Damascus steel is beautiful.

My mother in law is 85 and she comes to our house on Sunday after church to watch Jack Ryan and we usually fix dinner. This week I am going to make minestrone soup and artichoke & spinach stuffed chicken breast. A few weeks ago I made chicken gnocchi soup I like doing something different if I have the time it makes it interesting to me and special for everyone else.
    I'm a pluviophile...…...

I know the painted bunting goes as
far north as north of Dallas. They may go farther but a lady from there said she had seen them.
They are slightly larger than a sparrow.
Last year the blue bunting came later and stayed longer. I don't know if Michael had anything to do with the time frame. They were late.

It was so cold downtown. 37, but 15 mph winds. I was bundled up, but still felt like a popsicle when I got home. Brrrrr, hate winter.
