Apparently YOU didn’t read the decisions. The decision was that they couldn’t keep Scott, in his capacity as GOVERNOR from the ballots. The accausation is still JUST THAT.

Nothing personal Sir but I tend to call it like I see it. You have the Gov of Florida stating we have 78K votes that have showed up 48 hours after the closing of the poles and they refuse to explain where they came from.The Gov also requesting access to the facility to verify the ballots and was refused entry. Gov Rick Scotts words, not mine.

Now the Gov has to get a court order to inspect the 2 facilities (which he has received) and the south Florida location is refusing to comply with the Judges order to validate the ballots. This isn't even a first time occurrence at these two locations. Refusing to abide by the judges order to allow the Gov to inspect the validity of the ballots isn't incompetence.

You are right that nobody has been adjudicated with election fraud but this is the accusation.

 

Machine recount now underway in Florida... Must be finished by 3pm on Thursday...

This will give Ron DeSantis more time to read propaganda to his children.... But I cannot wait to see who wins Agriculture Commissioner!!

Fake news. There are no new ballots showing up. This is all in court and no evidence of any fraud has been introduced. This is a blatant case of someone trying to stop the vote counting because he doesn't like the direction it's going.

 

I'm failing to see how anything is sketchy here?

They 'find' thousands and thousands of votes days after the election is over
To no surprise, apparently every single one of those 70,000 votes is for democrats

So Snipes won’t turn over info on ballot totals , has been caught doing stuff before ,Broward County itself had issues before and all the uncounted ballots are going in dems favor....... Ya seems like there’s justified suspicion in this case

Seriously, who reads the instructions, especially on a ballot with a fill in the circle method??

I would never have put my ballot in the machine without KNOWING I voted for the top 2 races in Florida.... or any state...

It's poorly designed, but there's no remedy for doofuses/doofi missing part of the ballot.

The provisional ballots being counted have not been checked to make sure that the voters who filled out the ballots are eligible to vote. The election officials who are allowing this to happen are committing a crime.

They're not "new". They were cast and there's no evidence of any problem with them as a whole. All votes should be counted. The only excuse for opposing counting all votes is to stop the vote from going the direction it's going. That's what Scott is doing for example.

 

Just because there are 4 people in one square foot it doesn't mean that it is the most populous county in the State.

 

Why do more people vote for Governor than vote for Judges?

 

Your are just ignoring the actual facts of whats going on. So according to you, the judge and the Governer are lying and the south Florida polling station refusing the judges order to inspect the ballets is noting to be concerned about.
