I suppose it wouldn't be "a man" who would actually be the enforcement here. So a man could go to court though, and the court could force the woman, right? Ill ask you this question, as a matter of entering into an agreement, do you suppose that a party can enter into a contract and then not perform to contract without penalty described in said contract?

Pro-choicers are in approval of women selling themselves into reproductive slavery.
    Oh, the irony.

How TF would you know? You aren't privy to other people's pre-nup arrangements.

Pro-Choice is OK with women having the right to their own bodies.....unlike Anti-Choicers we do NOT attempt to regulate women's lives as if they were cattle.

NO, Pro-Choicers want women to retain the right to their own bodies, make their own decisions...….consent to something isn't slavery, duh.

……..ANTI-CHOICERS want abortion banned which IS reproductive slavery.

The woman is consenting to not having consent in the future.

There can be no such contract. Signing a contract to be a slave does not make slavery legal.

Are you okay if the woman is bankrupted and goes into financial slavery as a result?

I see, so you are not in favor of the legalization of prenuptial contracts regarding reproductive decisions.
But you also confirmed in post #46 that you believe the woman should be held financially liable in the event she breeches a surrogacy contract.
So it seems you support surrogacy contracts but oppose prenuptial contracts (regarding a woman's reproductive decisions), or am I misunderstanding you?

So what's the big difference then between a surrogacy contract and a prenuptial contract that would impose a financial penalty on a woman for exercising her reproductive choice?

I'll give you two an opportunity to answer before I accuse you of trying to deflect and being inconsistent.

Why should I care what a total stranger does? I'm not some nosey busybody Anti-Choicer who thinks every aspect of women's lives should be controlled by them.

I care about women retaining the right to their own body....their business dealings are no concern of mine.
