In 2018 Klobuchar was rated the 66th most conservative senator by GovTrack, 33 dems ranked more liberal.

GovTrack reports that Klobuchar had bipartisan cosponsors on more bills than any other Democratic member.
She introduced 7 bills that were signed into law (1017-201...included laws on female entrepreneurship, human trafficking, and water infrastructure.

Co sponsored 3 bills with Republicans on fighting the opioid crisis.

Many Repubs in Minnesota cross the voting line for her on voting day.

She is way more than a snowstorm and a wienie staffer.

Now all she needs is to soften her image, find a way to distinguish herself from the pack, and about $50 million.

 

"Soften" her image??? Why? Do male politicians need to "soften" their image? Look what won the presidency in 2016...

She should sharpen her image by touting all that she has accomplished.

She can stand out from the pack by being herself, calm, reasonable, intelligent, non-insulting, able to get things done.

It does not take away from their work and what they've accomplished or what they can do.

I think that since nothing bad , no scandals, can be found on Klobuchar the Repubs are stretching and grasping at straws...and purposely ignore staffers who have only good things to say about her.


Repubs are all too happy to support a male politician who actually commits crimes against their staff( sexual harrassment)

I just meant "soften" in terms of the "public perception" (deserved or not) by some voters who are buying into these recent stories about her "mistreatment of staff".

At this very EARLY stage, she is just one more face in the pack.

She just needs a lot of money and (just like everyone else) start pounding the campaign trail in Iowa and NH.
