I personally doubt Hilla will run, but there's those friends of hers saying she wants to. She could easily say "I ain't runnin' and that is final," but then again, she keeps making vague suggestions. I can only assume she's doing this to keep her name in the news cycle for publicity, money, or cheap thrills - but she needs to emphatically and in no uncertain terms say no, otherwise she's sucking up all the air in the room from any other candidates whether she really wants to run or not, if you see what I mean. And heck - maybe she wants to suck up all the air. It'd be a huge ego boost for her.

I disagree on Warren's name recognition - I've heard of her a lot more than Amy and yeah, a lot of it IS negative. Then again so was a lot of Hilla's - and Trump's.

Walker vs. Amy - well, I gotta disagree there too. Perhaps it's because I'm in a teachers union and he was all that was discussed when he decided to go union-busting. He's had at least one major go-round in the news cycle. Amy, can't recall one she's had.

Klobuchar vs O'Kavanaugh.... I think her's was universally considered the best questioning from the Dem side... that was pretty major, although a shared spotlight...

OTOH, I don't think some people would mind a Senator for President who doesn't, as you say, suck up all the air... Quietly capable sounds pretty damn good right about now...

Back to Mrs C., this is pretty definitive, even though it's 2017... (but, people are allowed to change their minds)

During an interview that aired today with BBC Radio 4 in the U.K., Clinton was asked whether she will make another run for the White House and she said, "No, I'm not going to run again."

I forgot about that one, although her part was somewhat buried underneath all the Kavanaugh-bashing IMO. We'll just have to agree to disagree on this one.

And yeah it was pretty definitive, but in politics two years is an eternity, especially when an election cycle is starting to ramp up. I'm still fairly sure she won't run, but I'm also pretty sure she needs to flat-out say so so as to ensure the hoi polloi won't keep talking about it. Like I said - she and some in the media have made vague hints lately.
