That .308 is such a good round. My favorite deer rifle is a 7mm/08. The .243 is another necked down round that is awesome. The .308 can take down any animal in North America. Don't think you can spit a youtube vid and make me flinch. My father was a gunsmith. I'll smack you with a Mauser.
wow how cool! i used to have a Argentine mauser 1909 like this sold it years ago kick my but i did so. but these swiss rifles are much more accuracy and have been fired little because they never had enter a war, mine looks like new or shot very little.
That 7mm/08 that my father built was deadly accurate. Less than 3 inch groups at 100 yards. That Mauser action was so smooth. It looked like a clunky gun at first sight. In reality it was a sniper rifle.
