The only reason the muslim religion is given so much slack, is due to the fact its members still practice the same violent, barbaric practices it was founded upon. Christians are not stoning adulterers to death, but muslims are indeed doing that in nearly every single country in which they have a significant presence. Christians do no practice honor killings, but muslims do. The only reason their religion is tolerated is due to fear of retribution for resistance or refusal to their demands.

It is the basis of the entire so-called "me too" movement, where the accused is punished long after the statute of limitations has expired, so the one making the accusation does not have to testify under oath in a court of law.

 

Yeh, unfortunately serious crimes — rape, murder, child abuse — all have an emotional impact on others just by the potential implication, even if credible evidence is lacking. Even after being exonerated the accusations typically follow the innocent party — which is why many argue that people that make these false accusations should be charged to the fullest extent of the law.

Unfortunately this has the side effect of people that have actually witnessed or been involved in situations like this less likely to report.

There should be no statute of limitations on serious crimes.

 

I support parents going to school boards to report such occurrences and you nor anyone else have refuted what she said at that meeting. I support teachers complaining about such material being required as they did at this school
