That's why they're called "the opposition" and it applies to both sides when out of power.

How many votes to Democrats have in congress
How many votes are required to advance legislation

I would put good money on these questions being completely ignored.

They can make laws that the SCOTUS has to uphold. Why aren't they doing that?

Fake News: Between the Biden Rule and the Reid Rule, the voters empowered us to take it fair and square.

Trump’s SCOTUS Keeps #Winning With EPA Decision.

"John Kerry, America’s first “special envoy for climate,” who seems to spend more time in those private planes than most of us do in bed, has a personal carbon footprint the size of Brooklyn and is well known for docking his $7 million yacht in neighboring Rhode Island to avoid a half million in taxes from his home state of Massachusetts."

    Self-entitled rich white savior hypocrites.

Rep. Rashida Tlaib rips the ‘fascist’ Supreme Court for making Congress do its job.

Then quit flapping your gums and do it. If you add 4, we'll abolish 8 judgeships of our choosing, for example, the 4 the Dems added, plus, 2 lefty seats on 2nd circuit, they don't need 13 judges, and two Lefty seats on the 4th circuit, they certainly don't need 29 seats on this court!

Actually no one stole it. Traditional precedent was met with each court member approved and the one not considered.

I see the problem now... you expect the Democrats to be able to push any legislation that they want with just their own members. That is NOT how its supposed to work! Want to overcome the filibuster? Create legislation that appeals to the other side as well. Boom! Filibuster broken!

You see the problem correctly. This is the difference between Reagan and Clinton vs an Obama and Biden. The first two actively made deals with the other side something they wanted too.The latter want to totally ignore the other side, give them nothing and then rule over them by executive decree.

Government Executive reported, "EPA Employees Told to Stop Pooping in the Hallway."

Some of these EPA Clowns are real sickos.

"EPA management “consulted” with workplace violence “national expert” John Nicoletti, who said that hallway feces is in fact a health and safety risk. He added the behavior was “very dangerous” and the individuals responsible would “probably escalate” their actions."

Gross freaks elong on the streets of San Francisco.

Democrats changed the rules for district and appellate courts first.
I do not think that Sen Manchin or Sen Sinema will allow that. Even if democrats did that then the next time we have the senate and Presidency we will expand it back to
the 2-1 proportion it is now. And we will fit for tat with you all until there are more justices than house members if need be and keep on going until you stop doing it. They don’t call it the nuclear option for nothing

Dems escalated, and so the GOP responded and took the escalation to the next level.

Maybe after Dems get counter punched a 5 or 6 more times, they'll finally hesitate to throw the first punch, who knows? They aren't the fastest learners.

Whatever the case, be grateful this Fourth of July that you are a Free People, living in a Free Nation, under laws made by YOUR VERY OWN Elected Legislatures!
