Supreme Court Orders Trump-Era ‘Remain in Mexico' Policy Reinstated

IIRC the reason that the SCOTUS ordered Trump to keep DACA in place was decided 9-0. The same reasoning was given for keeping Trumps Remain in Mexico policy in place....but was voted 6-3. Seems to me that the Conservative judges rulings are consistent with past reasonings and are not being affected by their feelings. But the liberal judges are not being consistent and are letting their feelings affect their rulings. This to me is a sign of activism in a judge and should be grounds for removal. Since Biden is President I don't see the problem of removing these liberal judges and replacing them with other liberal judges that do not let their feelings get in the way. The only "problem" will be with those that agree Trump's policy of Remain in Mexico should not have been allowed. Letting their own biases affect their own feelings.

Ironically the Biden Administration argued it has "clear authority to determine immigration policy"....yet the same people in that administration hollered when Trump put the Remain in Mexico policy into effect and when he tried to end DACA. IIRC the words "abuse of authority" and "illegal" were the most common words used.

 

What is wrong about keeping illegal criminals in Mexico?
