    How about you explain to us the mechanism by which you think Biden has the authority to appoint some scholars to reinterpret the supreme Court decisions?

    I'll save you the time and let you know that he can't. He does not tell the judicial Branch what to do

    He wouldn’t be “telling the judicial branch what to do.” He can convene a committee or task force to investigate and report on global warming, gun proliferation, bakery functions, bird droppings, or the SCOTUS performance if he wishes.

    Are you unaware that Alabama just ignored the SC’s “order” to redistrict?

    Another black majority district means (probably) another black member of Congress.
