The point is why did you go to 2015, the military has been downsizing since the Cold War ended. You can have an unlimited amount of troops if you have no mission for them or no where to put them.

And they continue to serve the President of the United States and formulate military policy for the President of the United States. By attacking Trump’s military policies Duckworth is attacking Kelly, McMaster, and Mattis.

She is attacking the President of the United States claiming that she doesn't need him to tell her what the military needs. But Trump's military policies address what the military needs and those policies have been formulated by Kelly, McMaster, and Mattis.
