It seems like she lived through a really terrible moment. Her interview and words were compelling. She seems to have more corroboration than many other recent accusers.

 

Believe all women.This news report about the content of the Reade interview with Megyn Kelly was an interesting watch and read. Me too should hold Biden to the same standard that Biden set for Kavanaugh.

Those who supported Kavanaugh even after he lied under oath have no moral authority to tell Biden what he should or should not do.

Of course, the entire interview was posted 6 days ago and that alleged Biden remark has already been dissected and beaten to death.

None of this will move the needle against Biden.

1) The only people who care never had any intention of voting for Biden.

I'm very skeptical. Read the whole thing. Consider the timing of her various accusations and her possible ulterior motives. If Biden had to withdraw, who is the nominee? And who does Tara Reade favor over all others in this?

 

Too bad she could never name Biden in a police report, instead leaving it unknown.

• February 2017 — Tara Reade retweeted support of Joe Biden for action he has taken to help “end sexual assault.”
• March 2017 — Tara Reade tells her Twitter followers that they should “listen” to Joe Biden because he “speaks truth.”
• April 2017 — Tara Reade liked a Huffington post article praising Joe Biden for “reminding men how important they are in the fight against sexual assault,” and for telling other men to speak out about sexual assault.
• April 2019 — In an article she wrote, Tara Reade alleges she was bullied and touched inappropriately by Joe Biden, but acknowledges that her story with Biden was “not a story about sexual misconduct.”
• March 2020 — Tara Reade claims Joe Biden sexually assaulted her in 1993.

I'm not saying she's lying. But how do you go from form "best friend" and "...fight against to sexual assault" to "not a story about sexual misconduct" to all out sexual assault to... "I want to f***k you" just six days ago.

I know the way some sexual assault victims deal with their experience can be puzzling. Especially to us men. But once you decide to come out with your story... you're out. Why lie about it? Why go out of your way to praise your "assailant"?

Again: I'm not saying she's lying. But this must be investigated. Because women who make up sexual assaults (and I'm not saying this is the case) completely undermine the #meto movement

It's very interesting how Reade's story has changed over time.

 

Tara Reade being sexually assaulted by Joe Biden will pretty much sink his campaign. President Trump will trot out Tara and all of the people that corroborate her story and Joe will melt down.

Joe would be wise to settle this and pay her off. $2-3 million should do it.

 

Won't happen.

Not a chance.

The overwhelming majority of voters believe Biden over Reade.

And, even a lot of those who believe Reade will vote for Biden anyway to get rid of Trump.

 

Exactly why her credibility is completely shot.
