And since pedophilia, ****philia and ephebophilia are not fetishes, but disorders, I am confused as to why you even made such a statement. Handedness (left or right) is not equal to sexual orientation either, but like sexual orientation and the three disorders, is something innate. And simply having the disorder is not an automatic indication of acting upon the urges it brings. Furthermore, child sexual assault can occur without attraction.
