The $16B to Baltimore is like the ACA Death Panels all over again

I can't believe anyone is falling for this nonsense. But worse, I can't believe the Democratic Party leaders (Pelosi and Schumer) are not replying to it.

I checked out the website that the Newsweek reporter who started all this used. He got it wrong. Then the crony wedding planner Trump gave a sweetheart job to repeats it like an idiot. Now you have every conservative / russian web site and troll repeating it.

The article has been out for most of a week, and it has been nearly 48 hours since Lynne Patton made her claims.

Baltimore (much less the 7th district) DID NOT get $16 Billion in federal grants in FY 2018. They haven't received that much in the last 40 years. They received about $170 million AT MOST, and most of that likely rolls up to the county and state level. So where is the leadership to stop the lying and correct the record???

This is exactly like the ACA rollout when Republicans would go to open meetings and claim there were Death Panels in the ACA. Even though that claim was equally ridiculous, the Dems stood speechless for months because none of them read the bill, and leaders like Pelosi were lazy.
