A ZEF is human and all humans have rights. Besides the ZEF stage lasts less than a week. Your argument that babies are not living human beings is weak. At what stage does a baby have to be before abortion is considered murder? You have been asked this question recently and I believe you said you were ok with aborting a baby right before birth. A baby is in the fetus stage by 9 weeks at the latest. It is only a zygote and embryo for a short period of time and it is alive at all stages. Within the first 2 weeks it is developing a face, eyes, mouth, lower jaw, throat, blood cells and it's heart tube is already beating. So at what stage do you feel it is wrong to abort a baby or do you support abortions up to birth?

I support RvW which UPHOLDS the RIGHT of the woman concerned to HER life and health at ALL stages of pregnancy. The States can REGULATE abortion procedures in the 2nd trimester since that is when a MEDICAL PROCEDURE might be involved. States have the OPTION to deny abortion in the 3rd trimester but CANNOT deny women their right to LIFE and HEALTH. FACTS matter.
I have never once said a women should be put behind bars or executed. I am saying it is murder. Abortion should be banned. I am not sure what the punishment should be but I don't support executing the mother. If they know they can be punished they will try harder to have safe sex and take responsibility for thier actions. It's not hard to be a mature responsible person. Kids today just don't care. Many of them are having sex at young ages with no regret for thier actions.

Actually I am in the MAJORITY! 3rd trimester abortions only account for a small fraction of all abortions. They ONLY happen when there is a THREAT to the LIFE and/or HEALTH of the woman concerned. There are instances where NOT removing the FETUS will KILL the woman but apparently YOU don't care that SHE will DIE according to your own posts! Why is the LIFE of the WOMAN worth LESS than that of the FETUS that is KILLING her?
