Nope. That isn't true at all. Some countries have excellent leadership.

According to some, but not others.

In most countries the excellence of the leadership is a subject of considerable contention.
Actually, I'll go further. In all countries.

And not just countries. Work places, football teams. All of it.
Wherever you will find leadership you will also find leadership you don't agree with.

Yeah, that all explains why we joined our Fascist brethren in an anti-communist crusade, bringing an end to the Soviet tyranny through a joint invasion of...

Oh ****, that's not what happened. Americans, Brits, and countless others invaded the other half of Europe, ensuring that the iron fist of Fascism wouldn't be replaced by the iron fist of Communism, saving tens (hundreds?) of millions of lives in the process, and saving all of civilization from decades or a century of Communist oppression under the suicidal Russians.

Theologians used to talk about how God created the best of all possible worlds. The truth is that the United States has created the best of all possible worlds in the aftermath of a catastrophic cultural and political breakdown across all of Europe. Looking at history with clear eyes doesn't reveal the insidious spread of American imperialism, it reveals a ******ned miracle in the form of the United States.

EDIT: I feel like a "God bless the USA" is appropriate here.

Do not be modest. With Nazi Germany, many concluded contracts. For example:

1.1933 year. The pact of four (Italy, Germany, England, France).
    2. 1934 year. The Pilsudski-Hitler Pact (Germany, Poland).
    3. 1935 year. Marine Anglo-German agreement.(
In fact, the Germans were given the opportunity to build 5 battleships, two aircraft carriers, 21 cruisers and 64 destroyers.
The result of the agreement was the final elimination of all the limitations of the Versailles Treaty.
    4. 1936 year. Anti-Comintern Pact (Germany, Japan).
In November 1937, the "Anti-Comintern Pact" was joined by Italy, later a number of other states.
In 1939-40 the Pact was turned into an open military alliance....

...And many others (such as agreements with American banks, Rockefellers - Standard Oil, Ford, Intel, etc.).

    5. 1938. Munich collusion (England, France, Germany, Italy).
At one o'clock in the morning on September 30, 1938 Chamberlain, Daladier, Mussolini and Hitler signed the Munich agreement. In fact - the start of the Second World War.

5.1. On September 30, a declaration of mutual non-aggression was signed between Great Britain and Germany.
5.2. A similar declaration of Germany and France was signed a little later.

    6. 1939 year. German-Romanian economic agreements and agreements.
    7. 1939 year. Treaty of non-aggression of Germany on the Baltic countries.

    And so on.

So, the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact is an episode in a series of agreements of Western countries.

But the article is written not about agreements, but about direct financial, technological and political support and the convocation of the fascist party in Germany. On the direct support of the United States and Britain - Hitler.
