What is the difference between 'forced' rehabilitation and 'provisions' of rehabilitations? Forced rehabilitation could be on the lines of 'false imprisonment' depending on the circumstance. Provisions of rehabilitation could be on the lines of 'accommodating' for rehabilitation; such as room and board, etc.... If a person were to be 'accommodated' with accommodations for rehabilitation rather than being given passing knowledge of such accommodations, many might choose to receive the accommodations for rehabilitation. In order for an accommodation to be 'received', it must first be 'offered'... The same could be applied in reverse. If a person 'takes' without first being 'offered' it could be on the lines of 'false imprisonment', depending on the circumstance.
