The draft report will allow those still in government to review and respond. Others, like Comey will not be allowed to review. They will have a couple of days to respond and after that those responses will be reviewed for the final report which means it is coming soon. This means people like Stzrok and Priestap can review the draft. The IG report is a report of fact devoid of opinion. It is up to the DOJ to review and bring charges if called for. Some reports have stated this will be brutal for the 7th floor, the FBI leadership.
